Do I hear any complaints? Star Wars: The Bad Batch makes its Disney+ debut with a 70-minute premiere on 4 May.
The latest addition to the Star Wars mega-franchise is the animated series Star Wars: The Bad Batch. The Bad Batch follows a team of experimental clones, first introduced in Star Wars: The Clone Wars, in the immediate aftermath of said war. They differ genetically from their clone brethren and each member has their own special skill, like guns, or hacking, or beating things to death with their bare hands.
However, the galaxy is changing and they’ll have to figure out where they fit in while taking on a series of mercenary missions. Also, they’ve got a little girl to look after, because Disney loves its Star Wars daddies.
Since the members of the Bad Batch are all clones, they are voiced by one actor, Dee Bradley Baker. Other voice talents include Ming-Na Wen as Fennec Shand (previously seen in The Mandalorian), Stephen Stanton as Grand Moff Tarkin, and Andrew Kishino as Saw Gerrera.
After the 4 May premiere, Star Wars: The Bad Batch episodes will be released weekly on Disney+, every Friday, starting on 7 May.
