Google has confirmed that a glitch with the Android System WebView service is responsible – but you can fix it like a boss.
Since some time yesterday, according to Engadget, Android users have had problems with multiple apps on their devices, including Gmail, Facebook, and Amazon. The bad guy who got busted like it’s a Scooby-Doo special? Android System WebView, the Chrome service used to display content on your screen and it would’ve got away with it too if it wasn’t for convenient access to info on the internet like this.
To fix it, visit the Google Play Store and update Android System WebView. That’s it, EZPZ, and we solved it without Scrappy-Doo too. Stupid Scrappy-Doo. Who keeps inviting him, anyway?
