Zack Snyder’s Justice League, the much-anticipated, four-hour re-wrangling of the 2017 film, is due to release on HBO Max on 18 March, but Tom & Jerry fans got an early sneak peak.
Seems that yesterday some people, who for whatever reason wanted to watch the new Tom & Jerry movie, accidentally got a sneak peak at Zack Snyder’s Justice League instead. According to a statement by WarnerMedia, “Zack Snyder’s Justice League’ was temporarily available on HBO Max and the error was addressed within minutes”. By minutes, they mean about an hour, according to Doug Bass, one of the lucky few that witnessed the phenomenon and then tweeted about it.
After that, the streaming quality started to degrade until an error message appeared. Probably as whoever was in charge of the files over at HBO Max scrambled to unplug everything they could see.
And how was that first hour?
They figured it out and cut the feed but I can say the first hour or so of the Snyder cut is the best DC film I’ve ever seen.

All praise the word of Doug for the Doug hath spoken.
If that doesn’t get you hyped, I don’t know what will. But was it a genuine mistake or a cunning marketing strategy? You decide!
