Today in things that aren’t real, but probably will be soon, we’ve got a promo video for the fictional U-Bounty app – a fun new way to earn extra cash while also experiencing the thrill of the hunt.
Pretty much everyone and their dog has a side-hustle these days or depends entirely on short-term projects and tasks, or gigs, to survive. Why not bounty hunting? I mean, technically anyone can be a bounty hunter, or Bail Enforcement Agent if you don’t want to sound cool, and apps are super handy for organising all sorts of things. But if the video got you all motivated to diversify your freelancing portfolio, U-Bounty, the bounty hunting gig app, is simply an expression of advertising agency Ice Cream Entertainment’s creativity and film production skill.

It does remind me very much of the app everyone uses in Westworld Season 3 to get their dodgy deeds done, though. Odds are that it probably already exists or will exist in the near future. Hooray?
