Developed by Rebellion, Evil Genius 2: World Domination (direct sequel to 2004’s Evil Genius) is a narrative-driven, satirical strategy sim in which you play as a criminal mastermind bent on, you guessed it, world domination. This means you’ll need an evil lair for plotting your nefarious schemes, complete with cover operation, disposable minions (not those ones), and defensive measures to keep the Forces of Justice at bay.
