Apex Legends is turning two and celebrating with a Locked and Loaded Takeover that pays proper tribute to everyone’s favourite pistol shotgun – the Mozambique.
Locked and Loaded will see you dropping with a full set of white-level gear, including your trusty, so-much-better-now-that-it-holds-four-ammo, Mozambique. No more scrambling for loot while Fusey Knuckle Clusters everyone to death.
And it wouldn’t be a celebration without a special rewards track. Take part in the Locked and Loaded Takeover to earn yourself 22 items, including a whole mess of Apex Packs, an adorable Nessie charm only you will ever see, and a fancy Spitfire skin. Also, new challenge badges!
Then, if you’re looking to spend some of your crafting materials and/or cash monies, Respawn is bringing back 24 cosmetic items for you to collect, including a bunch of champion skins (I hope you like red and gold variants). Unlock ’em all and you get 150 heirloom shards to spend on whatever heirloom your little heart desires. Crafting Collection Event items will be discounted by 50 percent for the duration of the event, so go bos.
