The Star Wars and Dune star has signed up with Sony Pictures as Hideo Kojima’s iconic protagonist in the film project, which has been in and out of development since 2006.
The movie’s credit list also includes director Jordan Vogt-Roberts (Kong: Skull Island), writer Derek Connolly (Detective Pikachu and Jurassic World), and producer Avi Arad (Spider-Man: Into the Spiderverse), but we don’t know much more about it for now.
Talking to the press at a promo event for Netflix’s Triple Frontier back in March 2019, Isaac was asked who he’d play in a hypothetical Metal Gear Solid movie. “Snake, man,” he told the guy.
