The corrupted video footage appears to come from a security camera watching over Horizon, the new Legend coming in Season 7, who currently has you running all over the place activating Gravity Lifts. But what is she saying?
…a wee bit of betrayal, eh dearie? *STATIC*…I was so daft.
Now, if you’ve been paying attention, you might remember that this is one of the things simulacrum Ash said while you were putting her back together during the Broken Ghost quest in Season 5. For everyone else, here’s the clip. But what does it all mean??
Well, being a science person, Horizon potentially had something to do with reassembling Ash after the events of Titanfall 2 or after the Legends reassembled her in Season 5. Either way, she’s connected to Ash somehow, which means there’s shady business afoot. Also betrayal. Or is it all an elaborate ruse and Ash is actually the new Legend? WHAT A TWIST.
Apex Legends is free to play on PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. Season 7 is due to begin in a few weeks, once Fight or Fright is over.
