Grounded Zipline

Grounded gets ziplines and spooky pumpkins in latest update

Walking is totally overrated, especially when you’re the size of an ant, so get ready to traverse the backyard in style with the latest update for Grounded.

Grounded’s 0.3.0 update includes ziplines, new craftable items, a new lab to explore, and some Halloween-themed additions to spook the place up a bit. First up, ziplines have been added around the Hedge to help you explore the new abandoned lab area up there (if you’re worried about the Broodmother, she’s wandered off somewhere, so it’s totally safe… totally), but you can also craft some yourself with the help of the new Spinning Wheel and the appropriate materials (probably spiderweb).

While zipping about, you may notice some Halloween decor, including Jack-O-Lanterns and the Frankenline landmark. You’ll also find edible Candy Corn scattered about the yard.

The update also comes with a whole bunch of other improvements, adjustments, and bug fixes – check out all the details in the official patch notes. Or just watch the related Grounded Developer Vlog below:

Grounded hasn’t reached it’s final form, yet, but you can play the preview version on PC and Xbox One (it’s also included in the Xbox Game Pass for both console and PC).
