I mean, if you’re running Fortnite on anything other than iOS or MacOS…
Fortnite Chapter 2 – Season 4: Nexus War (v14.00) sees Marvel heroes and villains Thor, Wolverine, Iron Man, She-Hulk, Doctor Doom, Storm, Mystique, and Groot (with apparent Rocket accessory) dropping in on the Island to take on planet-eating Galactus and save Reality itself. With a little help from their Fortnite friends.
All of these Marvel characters and their special abilities can be unlocked by progressing through the new Battle Pass, although Wolverine will only be available later on in the Season. Basically, Fortnite is the new Marvel Avengers game now.
Unfortunately, anyone playing Fortnite on an iPhone or MacOS device will be left behind, and feeling less marvellous, on v13.40, because Epic Games breached their contract with Apple, resulting in Fortnite getting banned from the App Store. A judge recently ruled in Epic’s favour regarding Apple’s threat to also remove Epic’s developer access, saving Unreal Engine from their wrath, but Fortnite remains banned, because Epic did that to itself.
Fortnite Chapter 2 – Season 4: Nexus War should be available to download now on PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and Android devices. Download size will vary per platform, but expect something around 21GB.
