The Technomancer character class uses all manner of technological detritus to forge new weaponry and wreak havoc on their enemies.
Technomancers are one of the four playable character classes in upcoming co-op, RPG shooter Outriders. According to details in the PlayStation.Blog, the Technomancer’s skill set includes constructing autonomous turrets that deal elemental damage and draw fire, a carpet-bombing barrage, and an equippable rocket launcher or minigun. They also have the ability to manipulate biological cells and subatomic particles for fun and profit – meaning they can heal themselves and their squad-mates and give their enemies cancer (maybe).

Outriders is due to release sometime around November/December 2020 for PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and next-gen consoles. A Google Stadia version will be out later, in 2021.
