Not unexpectedly, the ESRB has rated Cyberpunk 2077 “MATURE 17+”, citing “Blood and Gore”, “Intense Violence”, “Nudity”, “Strong Language”, “Strong Sexual Content”, and “Use of Drugs and Alcohol”, but the complete summary adds some context – and this is perhaps the most intriguing:
Players can select a gender and customize their character; customization can include depictions of breasts, buttocks, and genitalia, as well as various sizes and combinations of genitals.
It’s (kind of hilariously) clinical, but also unambiguous, confirming that my dream of becoming Night City’s first ever poly-trans-binary androgynetic eleganza/ze/zo #werk is gonna be a reality.
