Apex Legends is getting an update tomorrow that permanently adds Kings Canyon back into rotation and addresses the map’s loot density issues.
Kings Canyon was the first map that Apex Legends launched with. It was replaced by World’s Edge at the start of Season 3, only appearing for limited-time events thereafter, before being added as an option for ranked play in Season 4. Now, tomorrow’s update is bringing it back for good, for everyone, and Respawn is, apparently, fixing a loot density issue that ranked players have been complaining about.
Tuesday the loot density should be addressed in KC let me if it still feels shitty after the patch..

After the lootapalooza of World’s Edge, Kings Canyon has been feeling a bit sparse, with many players reporting difficulty finding the gear and weaponry they need to have a good time. Seems tomorrow’s update should fix that. It’s also adding a permanent Duos mode, for those of you having trouble coordinating play time with two friends.
The next Apex Legends update, including Bloodhound’s Trials, drops tomorrow, 7 April 2020, probably around 21:00 SAST (going by previous update times).
