Commemorating the game’s 10-year anniversary, Square Enix has announced the New! Improved! Now in Technicolor! Nier Replicant ver. 1.22474487139.
First launched on PS3 and Xbox 360 in 2010 as Nier Replicant and Nier Gestalt respectively (with some differences between them), the JRPG introduces protagonist Nier who’s on a mission to find a cure for a disease that’s wiped out most of the planet. So even in 2020, that’s a contemporary narrative theme.
#NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139…, an upgraded version of the original, is now in development for #PS4, #Xbox One and #Steam!
