Teamfight Tactics is now available to play on Android and iOS devices, so that’s yet another thing to keep you occupied while waiting out the coronapocalypse.
Teamfight Tactics is an auto-battler set in the League of Legends universe. You put together a team, made up of League champions, that you then pit against seven opponents in a strategic free-for-all to become the last team standing. Also, you get a Little Legend avatar and it’s adorable.
Any progress you’ve already made on PC or mobile will be shared if you link your Riot account to the mobile app, including purchases, ranks, inventory, and XP progression. If you can’t find the Store, wait a few days; it’s being rolled out region by region. There will also be a free version of the Galaxies Pass, but you won’t see it immediately. Instead, your progress will be recorded and XP will be awarded retroactively when it launches.
One major difference between the PC and mobile versions of TFT is that the mobile version doesn’t use RP. Instead, things you can buy will be in your local currency at an equivalent value to the RP.
Minimum requirements to run TFT are Android version 7 and up, 2GB+ RAM, Open GL Version 3+, and a 64-bit OS. For iOS, you’ll need the iPhone 6S, or newer, to play.
