PAX East 2020 saw some rather excellent Borderlands 3 news, so get that fourth play-through done, because Wainwright Jakobs and Sir Alistair Hammerlock are getting married and you’re invited, Vault Hunter. Guns, Love, and Tentacles will take you to a new planet, to slay some new beasts, and fight some new enemies, with a Lovecraftian twist. There will, obviously, also be a whole mess of new guns, legendaries, class mods, skins, and room decor to find. Better keep that sense of whimsical intrigue at the ready.
But that’s not all, Gearbox also released their Spring content roadmap, which includes updates to Mayhem Mode, a new limited-time event, and a new Takedown themed around the Guardians.
For all you PC players out there, Borderlands 3 will be coming to Steam from 13 March 2020 and will have crossplay functionality with the Epic Games Store.
Guns, Love, and Tentacles: The Marriage of Wainwright & Hammerlock will be available from 26 March 2020. You’ll get it automatically if you have the Season Pass or got the Super Deluxe Edition of the game.
