Making the same boring excuses about a “power system under stress”, South Africa’s Voted Worst Since 2005 utility company has confirmed a “risk” of loadshedding tonight, which means you should totally start charging your phones.
According to its announcement on Twitter, maintenance problems and limited generating capacity have prompted the first potential loadshedding cycle of 2020, and customers are reminded to use cold water taps instead of hot water taps to help reduce gross management incompetence and corruption.
