Not that you would ever use them, but the original Warcraft III cheats work in the new Reforged version

Because it’s important to know this kind of thing, I’ve tested Blizzard’s revamp for “special extras” support and can now confirm that, uh, alternative strategies are very much enabled. For science, obviously, and definitely not because I suck at the game, who even told you that.

Launched today, Warcraft III: Reforged is a complete remake of the 2002 orc-’em-up RTS, and features visual upgrades, some campaign adjustments, new social and multiplayer features, and more. But Blizzard’s dev team is also keeping it real by including the original game’s cheats for people like me for funs and whatever.

To use a cheat (hypothetically), press the ENTER key, type in one of these codes, and press ENTER again:

  • GreedIsGood [#]: Get a specific amount of Gold and Wood
  • GreedIsGood: Get 500 Gold and Wood
  • KeyserSoze [#]: Get # amount of Gold
  • LeafItToMe [#]: Get # amount of Wood
  • PointBreak: Infinite Food
  • ThereIsNoSpoon: Infinite Mana
  • TheDudeAbides: Spell cooldown time reduced
  • IocainePowder: Fast death and decay
  • SharpAndShiny: Unlock all upgrades
  • Synergy: Disables tech tree
  • WhoIsJohnGalt: Research tech faster
  • Unit: One-hit kills
  • AllYourBaseAreBelongToUs: Instantly win the game
  • SomebodySetUsUpTheBomb: Instantly lose the game
  • ItVexesMe: Disable victory conditions
  • Motherland [Race] [Level]: Unlocks specific campaign missions
  • ISeeDeadPeople: Unlock entire map
  • StrengthAndHonor: Gameplay continues even after defeat
  • WarpTen Units and buildings will be constructed quickly
  • WhosYourDaddy: God mode
  • TenthLevelTaurenChieftain: A catchy tune will play
  • DayLightSavings: Switch from daytime to nighttime
  • DayLightSavings [Time]: Set the time
  • LightsOut: Switch to evening
  • RiseAndShine: Switch to morning

Like the original game, cheats can’t be used in multiplayer mode. I mean, not that you would ever use them, anyway.
