Five Nights at Freddy’s unleashed on Xbox One and Nintendo Switch

The four core games in the iconic Five Nights at Freddy’s series have finally made it to the Xbox One and Nintendo Switch, so I hope you like jumpscares.

A series of point-and-click, horror-survival adventures, The FNaF games were originally developed for PC, later ported to mobile, and now they’ve made it to consoles, so nobody’s safe. Throughout the series, your goal is to survive five nights of, increasingly persistent, menace by a collection of possessed animatronics. You achieve this by monitoring cameras, lights, and doors in an effort to keep the robots at bay. Fail, and they may attempt to shove your body inside an animatronic suit. Also, the jumpscares might give you heart attack.

The first two games take place in a security office at Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza, while the third is set at a horror-themed attraction (based on the events that took place at said pizzeria), and the fourth is set in a child’s bedroom.

Five Nights at Freddy’s 1 – 4 are R135 each on Xbox One and R114 each on the Nintendo Switch. They don’t appear to have made it to the PlayStation 4, yet.
