That’s if placeholder product pages for an otherwise unidentified Bethesda game with a countdown video were for a new Fallout game, anyway. The pages have since been removed, but the video hasn’t – and does it look kind of familiar? It kind of does.

With Fallout 76 launched only in February and whatever this is expected by December, the studio is probably too busy fixing things and banning the one guy who’s actually playing it to be working on a proper Fallout 4 sequel – prompting speculation that it could be a remaster of a previous game in the series instead. Most people are guessing Fallout 3 or Fallout: New Vegas, but I’m betting my bottle caps on a Fallout 1 and Fallout 2 combo deal, with the original isometric graphics bumped up to 4K and everything else more or less exactly the same. Maybe because that’s what I want.
