Hey, remember that game that lets you fight The Flash as Batman? You know, THIS game. Well, it’s apparently getting a sequel that will let you fight The Flash as Batman (…again), as has been suggested by leaked images of a promotional poster and all but confirmed by a few tweets. The follow-up to 2013’s Injustice: Gods Among Us will seemingly be called Injustice 2, and we can almost certainly expect a reveal at this year’s E3.
Two images have been leaked on Twitter courtesy of @CollapseControl. The first was the image above that shows off Batman and The Flash about to duke it out, as well as the game’s title. The second image provides a slightly more detailed look at the poster and includes the tagline “every battle defines you”.
Not long after the leak surfaced, NetherRealm Studios creative director Ed Boon chimed in with two tweets of his own, poking a bit of fun at the entire situation. The first is a clear message to a certain retailer:

The second is a simple tale of desperation:
Anyone know how to de-trend something on twitter? pic.twitter.com/AbOJThXqZg
